Oil Refining with ice-condensing type vacuum system, Palm Oil Fractionation, Palm Stearin Fractionation,
Post-Refining, Sunflower Oil Refining, and all utilities. Full EPC cycle from technology selection through
commissioning including tender preparation, vendor selection, contract management, procurement, and site
construction management.

with the lowest variable cost of production.
Led engineering and commissioning of a state-of-the-art brownfield oleochemical complex. Facility: Lauric
oil fractional distillation plant, short-chain fatty acid fractional distillation plant, Palm Stearin fatty
acid hydrogenation and distillation plants, batch hydrogenation plants for C8/C10 and Palm Stearin fatty
acids, Oleic Acid physical fractionation plant, and a fully automated oleo tank farm.
Successfully commissioned May 2019. Flagship oleochemical asset within a major regional
palm-based group.
Involved in Brownfield implementation of a large-scale Palm Oil refining plant, Glycerine refining plant, modification of power plant HP boiler for high-pressure steam distribution, PKO refining plant with product changeover capability, Palm Kernel Oil fractionation plants, and new 1000 TPD PK crushing plant. Full EPC cycle management.
